		<description>Photos are critical. I run a on-line real estate agency and I find that it is the photos that generate buyer interest, not the details. One can write whatever one wants, unless there are decent photos, interest is limited.

As house searching by the internet becomes more common, I think that the importance of photos will increase even more. If one goes into an agency, then the agent can describe the property and convince one to visit it. However, when surfing by the internet, if the photos are not attractive, the potential buyer just moves on.</description>
