We recently had a fire which destroyed our garage, Guest house, Storage and two cars. We were under insured, but are going to rebuild with what we have received from the Insurance company.

We have 4 + acres in west Eugene which we are considering renting out to RV’s for the Olympic Trials to re-coop some of the rebuilding costs for our garage/Guest house. We are just now starting out with how to do this legal. We have raw land with no electric hook ups. We could fit 10 or 15 RVs and are 10 to 15 mins away from the field. Any input and council would be appreciated.

I have a sweet cat and three teenagers who might visit once in a while.
The backyard is landscaped around a magnificient wheeping willow which can serve as a second home during the summer month. This is my magical place where you can enjoy late summer nights. (light and electrical outlet available and perfect moderate temperature)
