I think this position is a key to a community and people really need to find a city planner with the same vision the have for the community. Then keep him happy so he doesn't move to another town. I worked at US Bank in 1999 in the mall there, and the mall was dying and old. The revitalization has been great, but I also enjoy 5th street. To me both areas show that there is demand for this type of space, and if more development would occur I believe the developers would be rewarded for their risk.
