On the sears pit/Diamond parking lot site,Cut apart that I-5 bridge tke downtown via railroad, haul right down the street...Then reassemble the bridge across from the library, for a lower story upper story artificial field's. Sears pit would become underground parking or Efficient supermarket. You could call it Hole Foods!
So…Built over the sears pit and diamond parking site on the ground level would be a field and above that 5 stories up high off the ground would be second story of fields(to allow daylight to penetrate lower fields and those bridge supports are huge anyway why waste?), retail/ housing around the east and west edges… You can see the pics at http://www.ViewOregon.com Best, G
