Other cities need to take notice of the success that Eugene is having with this campaign! If other cities can duplicate the success that Eugene is having, it could reduce crime and increase property values!

There are a lot of really dumb people responsible for the mess that we are all in. Don’t for get the dumb poeple who were buying the over priced homes to begin with or the dumb goverment agencies that were letting banks give loans to dumb people with no job and poor credit. How “dumb” can one be?
