This is a great topic. Popular Science did an article in February 2008 naming the Top 50 Greenest Cities in the U.S., with Portland named #1 and Eugene named #5. It just goes to show how seriously Oregon takes living Green and it makes me proud that Eugene was ranked 5th Greenest City in America. Eugene Real Estate
