		<description>Thanks for your post Erin. It seems as if there are always a few market movers in former "undesirable" neighborhoods that kickstart house appreciation. A dozen remodels done in a single neighborhood, maybe by serial remodelers, and suddenly long time residents of those neighborhoods have enormous equity and can remodel their homes or move up the real estate ladder. Some are squeezed out, but not the residents who've invested many years in the neighborhood.</description>
